Beacon Academy
Beacon Academy is an outstanding, split site, 11-18 non-selective converter academy in Crowborough, with approximately 1630 students, including over 250 students in the Sixth Form.
Beacon Academy (formerly Beacon Community College) converted to an Academy on 1 April 2012. In 2022, Beacon Community College Academy Trust expanded and welcomed Uplands Academy in Wadhurst into the trust. The trust was renamed MARK Education Trust.
In 2024, Beacon Academy was judged by Ofsted to be outstanding in all five inspection categories and outstanding overall.
